Boot Camp

Thousands of participants have gotten into great shape with our intensive month-long Boot Camp program. We regularly see results mirroring the following: 20 pounds weight loss; 12 inches total lost in hips, thighs and abdomen; 6-8% body fat lost- all in one month!

A four-week personal training /nutrition/massage therapy program. Our personal trainers will meet 5 days per week for 1 hour with you. They will execute each program with a time efficient and results oriented approach. Our exercise program is customized to meet the individual’s goal. We utilize all the components of fitness including core and stability exercises, cardiovascular and conditioning exercises, strength and toning exercises, power and speed exercises, balance exercises, agility exercises and yoga and stretching exercises. Bands, balls, machines, free weights and body weight exercises will be utilized in the session. Any and all combinations will make up the 5 day per week program.

Our Nutritionist will meet with each participant 3 times for the length of the boot camp. She will assist each participant with her expert knowledge of food combinations and menus. She could also meet you at your grocery store of choice to help make things as easy as possible.

Our Massage Therapists will meet you for 1 hour. They will help to relax the muscles using various techniques. The deep tissue massage has many benefits including, less aches and pains, and increased blood flow.

I want to thank you and your staff for the program. I set myself certain goals before I started and in four weeks, the results speak for themselves: approximately 10 pounds lighter: 3 inches off my waistline; at least 500% more energy; improved strength, balance and flexibility. I am happy to recommend Peak 360 and its great team very highly. In their Boot Camp working out was fun and the four weeks went by very quickly. The facilities are state of the art, beautiful and spotless. The nutritionist made me much more aware of how I was eating and I was able to cancel the midnight snacks I used to have. Now I am in much better shape to get ready for the marathon in November, my posture is noticeably better and I can get into clothes I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. As added bonuses I even learned beginning boxing and there was a massage as a reward!
